I am a 33 years old french male. I am in Phnom Penh for 3 month minus since 2 days. I am going to realise a mission for a NGO.
Actually I am looking for a flat. But it's more easy to find a good apartment with 3 or 4 bedrooms and it's cheaper (and more fun).
But it's compulsory to take it for minus six month (one year is better).
