My roommate and I live in a nice 2 bedroom, 3 bath apartment on St. 113 off of Sihanouk Blv. It is a lovely western style apartment on the 6th floor with a great balcony and an awesome sunset view. The apartment is equipped with aircon, fan, a full kitchen, cable TV, internet, and a washing machine. It is a lovely place with a fantastic roommate; however I have to go back to the states abruptly and am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease. The rent is $650 a month (split by two is $325 a month) including everything except water and electricity.
The location is absolutely prime as it is walking distance to multiple cheap restaurants that have very good food, as well as Lucky's.
