HI!!!
WE have a nice clean room in our ground floor apartment for rent from the 1st of June 2011. Located a stone throw from BKK1, we are on a small quiet street , and am only a few minutes from everywhere. Thanks to our rich neighbor, we hardly get any power cuts.
The room come with a queen size bed, a open rattan cupboard, a nice work table with drawers, fan etc.
the apartment is in a safe area and is furnished, with a large western living room and a asian style, kitchen.
Theres is hot water shower in the bathroom, which you will share with a very nice british lass.
The rent for the room is USd250 per month, which is inclusive of utilities (water and electric) laundry, house & room cleaning services and internet connection. I have enjoyed lived here for almost 4 years ,and have never had any unfortunate incidents.
