Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.
Spacious bedroom & bathroom with Lounge and functional kitchen area.
Parking for Moto and easy access with privacy.
Is this too much to ask
E0, E1 or E2.

the search is over and I am relieved! After going around looking at many apartments I finally found the right place. fingers crossed!
So I thank the people that expressed an interest and tried to steer me in the right direction.
I know how hard it can be to find a place and for those still looking I looked at nice place today that is still available. The place is only $250 per month on E1 in Bkk2.

The only reason why I didn't go for it was I was really needing a 2nd bedroom, but this place is fine for one person!

Apartment details:
*BKK2 on street 95 (off Monivong and 5 minute walk to Lucky Supermarket on Sihanoukville Bvde). Quiet, well lit street.
*E1 floor
*One bedroom, lounge, barang friendly style kitchen. All rooms are of good size. Small balcony either end. AC in bedroom. Modest sized but clean and functional bathroom.
*Furnishings include TV, fridge, lounge, table and chairs, rocking chair, good quality queen size mattress, fans (ceiling and pedestal) wardrobe some bed linen, crockery, cutlery etc. Existing line in for cable internet if needed.
*Separate covered entrance to apartment.
*Rent $250 per month. Electricity at 890 Reil per Kwh. Water $5 for one person ($10 if two). 60 channel TV $5 per month. Garbage $3 per month. My bill for TV plus utilities averages $58 per month (I don't use the AC much)
*I don't have a vehicle but negotiated with landlord earlier about moto parking and no problem.
Relocating to Kampot and still have eight months to run on twelve months lease. Fully prepared to lose my two months rent in advance when I leave but feel bad about leaving landlord with task of finding a new tenant and probably having to pay a commission to an agent. Landlord has been great - not intrusive, friendly and helpful, excellent English.
Apartment will be vacant and available for occupation by this Sunday (14th Dec).
