I have lived and worked in the region but not in Cambodia. I'm looking to rent accommodation in Phnom Penh-

1) Which areas of the city should I avoid and where are the cleaner & safer areas?

2) What level of rent should I expect to pay for a fully furnished 1 bedroom flat?
