I am looking for an apartment in Phnom Penh:
1. Close to aspara radio and tv station (withing 2 km would be nice)
2. 1 Bedroom, with kitchen
3. Modern furnitures
4. Parking for motorcycle(preferable under the building)
5. Budget $250-400, 1-3 months contract.
6. Not too much traffic noise during daytime, also not close to school or mosque.
