My newly arrived friend is looking for a place of her own in Phnom Penh.
Location: Around St 19/Norodom or not too far from Independence Monument
Must have: air con in the bedroom and some outdoor space, Western toilet, windows and natural light
Budget: Up to $250 for the right place
Any recommendations gratefully considered!

hi,the villa i live in will have an ap like tht available starting wt 8th may , its 250 plus expenses abt 50 $ if ure nt using the AC much , its on street 101, house name HALO number 240 , has 2 large terraces, light N its very clean my email is maraal01 [at] yahoo [dot] com
