Here are some pics of my lovely 1 bedroom apartment for rent.
It's located close to the Bayon and Sydney Supermarkets. Corner st 134 and st 139. West of Central Market.
On the 2nd floor, totally furnished, with 32inch flatscreen TV and washing machine. AC in the bedroom, but it can also cool off the living room. A lot of natural light as there's a large sliding door in the wall to the balcony. The bathroom is quite spacious and there's a separate toilet with sink.
I'm asking $350/month without utilities and also ask people to commit over 1 year minimum.
