Large Room for Rent at our beautiful house in the middle of Tonle Bassac.
Great location, close to BKK1 and Independence monument. The fully furnished room is equipped with a king size bed, windows, ensuite and large wardrobe. The room has a lovely chandelier and nice wallpaper. It is located on the second floor of the house with an open balcony.
The Third floor of the house is a big open balcony with the greenest view in Phnom Penh (see photos below). There is an open kitchen/laundry/lounge room equip with all utensils/hot plate and BBQ. House is also equip with internet.
The room is available on the 15th of December. Rent is $200 per month, not including bills for internet/cleaner (Approx $30 a month).
