After 2 great years, I´m leaving my apartment in October so my room will become available for rent.

The apartment is located on the corner of 306 and street 63, right in the heart of BKK1, and has a big balcony , nice Western-style kitchen (with oven!) and living room with cable TV, and washing machine. Walking distance from a few grocery stores and street 278, where you'll find lots of nice bars and restaurants.

The room is big and has a separate small balcony, bathroom with hot shower, aircon and a ceiling fan, comfortable bed and wardrobes. The apartment is very secure and we have a 24-hour security guard.

Rent is $350 per month+electricity and WiFi.

I plan to move out on October 24, but could leave earlier if needed. Another room in the apartment will also become available in October, so perfect for 2 friends!
