Large, light, furnished room with ensuite available in September!

Lovely room available with ensuite in a beautiful mansion-like house to share with a friendly group of young professionals from around the world. Centrally located, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk and it’s a short tuk-tuk ride to riverside. We are on Street 63, close to Sorya Mall and Central Market, and just across the main road (Monivong Boulevard) to Orrusei Market.

The house is a villa with a Khmer family on the ground floor, while we have the two floors above. The house is fully furnished with two kitchen areas (one on each floor), a large lounge room and two balconies, including an enormous covered rooftop balcony perfect for evening drinks. There is also a spare room kept free for visitors.

Your room is on the 1st floor (up one flight of stairs). It is a light, spacious room with an ensuite. It is furnished with bed, bedside tables, desk, cupboards and a ceiling fan (please note, however, that the furniture may be different to that which appears in the picture due to people moving out).

Rent is $270/month (excluding bills). Other bills are split as they arrive and are usually less than $50/month (approx. $15 for wifi, $10 for cleaning; $25 for electricity). There is fast wifi available throughout the property, the house is very safe and secure with a high wall surrounding the property, and a driver who keeps guard at night, and there is space to park bikes/motos.
