Housemate Wanted/Room for Rent

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a fully furnished, double bedroom apartment, situated between Independence monument and Olympic Stadium on Street 113. I have a wonderful housemate and I am looking for another lady to take over my room, preferably by the end of April, mid-May. The rent is $275 each without utilities, bills usually come up to $ 25 each. The flat has two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, living room with another toilet and a balcony. The flat comes with wireless internet, cable TV, and a washing machine. Laundry and cleaning services are also available for extra charge. We are in close proximity to Olympic Stadium, Orussey market, Lucky Supermarket and U care Pharmacy. The block of flats is guarded by a security guard and has parking spaces.
