Fully furnished aircon/fan room with adjacent bathroom available in a family villa (2 adults-1 child) with garden in a very safe and quiet compound on Norodom Boulevard, South of Independence Monument. The compound is located besides VIP Sports Club which has large swimming pool.

The price is 250 $ per month and includes laundry, private freezer, shared kitchen, bicycle, ping pong table, WIFI. Electricity is excluded and is around 50$ per month. Meals can be provided.

Good for interns or persons on short term work assignments.
