Arriving in Phnom Penh soon? Or considering to move house? Welcome, anyway!
I am the main tenant of a 5-bedroom, 3-level house. Location is exceptional: in an almost pedestrian area with a village feel to it, and right in the heart of the city namely: corner of street 312 and street 21. For exercise addicts, the rooftop of the Skyline Apartments with its swimming pool and gym facilities is only a 3-minute walk — hardly enough to warm up!
And the Hunsen Gardens are another 60 seconds further away.
The second main asset of our house is its spacious and spectacular rooftop opening to a semi-panoramic (yet private) view. The third main asset is the ample storage room.
The rest of the package is fairly standard:
- Each room is fully furnished, has air conditioning, and a private bathroom with hot shower (not that you really need hot water in this period of the year, anyway)
- Broadband wifi
- House cleaner (also does cooking and laundry)
- Common facilities: Kitchen with child water fountain, spacious dining room, massive living room, and impressive rooftop (see description above)
- Garage for motorbikes and pushbikes
- 24 hour security
Note: You must like the sounds of the genuine Khmer street! Shoe-repair, bread, noodle soup, ice cream, and coconut vendors will make sure that you're aware of their passage And monks will try to wake you up in the morning too!

Hi there,
The flat sounds real good. I am moving to Phnome Penh on the 24th May, starting an internship at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. I will be there for about 4 months. The office is in National Road 4, Chaom Chau Commune, Dangkao District, Phnom Penh P.O. BOX 71. I am having a bit of trouble finding the address on google maps so I have no clue if thats close to your flat or not. Anyway, let me know...
