Hello,
After 1 yr in PP, I'm looking for a new place for me & my wife. On my wish list is penthouse on the top (or whole) floor with the following profile:
* Areas of interest (in order) are BKK1/2/3, Chaktomuk, Boeung Pralit
* 2-3 bedrooms. Tastefully, fully furnished western style.
* Modern western kitchen (stove w/oven a must)
* Large balcony/patio
* Secure parking for 1 car
* Gym w/treadmill, weights and other basic stuff (don't need the belly massage thingys...)
* Some form of internet access
* Swimming pool, flat screen tv, home entertainment system nice but not necessary
* Long-term rental 1 yr+
* Looking for an all-inclusive rent if possible (cleaning/washing/electricity/internet). Will pay for a quality place, budget $2,000-3,000.
* Can move in Feb 1st and onwards

in general i would bargain...plenty of empty room about. If you cant get the price down get a phone line connected an cable incuded or the set up costs for internet
I have already declined as August is way too far away for me in the first place. I just put the price there if someone else would be interested.

There was a place on the market recently that had everything you wanted except the car parking,about 1400 a month with maid.
