From to october 2012, a bedroom is available in Phnom Penh. Its a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, AC and closet. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large house. Its in a great location, near Russian Market (5 minutes in bike) on street 410 between Mao Tsé Tong and Monivong Boulevard.

It has a huge living room with TV and a dining table. The kitchen is also big with too dining table and fully equipped. There is a pleasant patio area. There is space at the front to park moto bicycles and cars.

You would be sharing with 2 friendly housemates- two french guy (a student and a worker)

The rent is 150US a month with if you want 20$ more for the cleaning lady (linen, dishes..). She comes twice per week.
