A nice room in a 2-BR apartment is available for rent from Sep. 1. Base rent + bills (water, electricity, internet, cleaner) usually comes to under $200/mo. total, possibly a bit more if you use the air-con a lot. You would be sharing with a friendly, professional expat woman.

The apartment is bright, sunny, and spacious, and has a nice terrace with a view. It is in BKK2, in easy walking distance to Wat Langka, and there is a safe place to store bikes and motos. There is also a washing machine, hot water, air-con bedrooms, and 24/7 high-speed internet. The apartment also shares an entrance, terrace, spare room for guests/storage and a few other amenities with the apartment downstairs, where another friendly expat woman lives with her baby and affectionate pet cat who freely roams through both flats. The apartment is nothing fancy, but cozy and pleasant and exceptionally good value for central Phnom Penh and it's a great place to live. We would prefer a candidate who can commit to moving in for at least 6 months.
