I am looking for a short tenant for 2months(28/8/2011-31/10/2011) as I will be away from Phnom penh.

The flat is very clean and Western style. There are kitchen, living room, outside space,balconies, nice view, Wi-fi, aircondition, TV, fridge,freezer and washing machine etc.
Basically there is everything you need!

Deposit: $300
Rent: $300(inc bills)/month
BKK2 area ( just 10mins away from BKK1 on foot)

The flat is on about 5 floors for only yourself but there is no lift. So if you are not good at climbing stairs, it may be hard to you,,
