female Roommate needed, between 25 May - 5 July,. 175 USD/month (~6 USD/day) excluding only Electricity expense

My current roommate is about to move out on 23 May, and the new roommate planned to move in on July 7th, so I would like to ask if anyone want to have a short stay during May 25 - July 5....

Rental fee: 175 USD (~6 USD/day), including water (both use and drinking water), cable TV, wifi and cleaning/washing and ironing (once a week). excluding only Electricity expense

Electrcity is depend on our usage. (800R/KW)

- located on the St.107 (near St. 214 and Monivong)
- Near to German Embassy and within walking distance to both O'Russei and Lucky market, Olympic stadium.
- very clean, safe and quiet street
- Bedroom with fan and AC
