Hello,
We are moving out of our appartment to larger digs to accomodate a growing family.
Our apartment is near Hun Sen Park, on Street 9, near the market Psar Kap Ko, a couple of hundred metres east of Java.
Its a great, highly secure, bright & breezy one bed apartment with two bathrooms, a large living room and a very large outdoor balcony / living space overlooking independance monument. Its on the second floor, and below is the nicest Cambodian family in the land who are the owners. You couldnt get better land lords, in 6 years of residency, we have never had a problem, only ever extremely helpful. The entrance is private and you dont need to enter through their private space. Secure moto parking provided also.
Rent is $300 Per month.

I am a Spanish teacher (54 yo) I am coming to Cambodia at the end of July. Untill I find a job or start a new business I need an apartament , small, clean, and not expensive 100$ to 150$ Or in the capital PP or in SihanuTville or in Kam-pong cham. Thank you.
