Hi!
I'm a friendly/fun/sane 25 year old male looking for a bedroom in Phnom Penh for the summer (immediate occupancy). I need something furnished, but all I really need is a bed and mattress. I'm trying to keep the rent under $200 a month.

Would you be adverse to 4 middle aged couples ( i.e ; not party heads ) renting Bottanica and NOT running it as a business but rather just as a group getaway ? What about the staff ( cook, gardener, cleaner etc ) What cost do they run at ? What kind of deposits / rates etc are payable and why are you renting out the business ?
