Hi everyone! I am looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bedrooms apartment from the end of December/January 1st. The apartment is very well located, on street 9, near Meta House, the Independence monument, BKK1, the Riverside etc - very central and easily accessible to many places in the city. The room for rent is an en-suite bedroom with a bathtub, and the apartment itself is modern and clean with all the furnitures and supplies needed. Moreover, the place is on the top floor of the building (7th floor) with an elevator, and there is an amazing terrace with an incredible view of Phnom Penh! The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, with a 24h security guard, right across from Psar Khabko. I am a friendly and chill 28 years old French woman, working for a NGO in PP. The room is 300$/month (incl. water, cable TV, garbage, parking space) + other utilities (internet, cleaning lady who comes once a week, and electricity - usually, I pay around 50$ for all the other utilities).
