i'm a large, spacious, elegant and very very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath. i live about 4 blocks away from the riverfront and about the same from the central market. so noise will never be a factor. in fact, you can hardly hear the street when you're inside. i have a large balcony (no jokes please, i can be extremely sensitive about it) and i'm ideal for entertaining or just keeping to yourself. it's great to be able to relax after the chaos that is phnom penh.

if sampling the cheap local eats are your thing, then there are loads of local stalls in the vicinity but if you're a dab hand in the kitchen (and mine is suitably spacious and modern), there are 2 local markets nearby where you can get extremely fresh produce from. alternatively, the lucky supermarket in sorya mall is a short hop away.

my current tenant is being seconded to vietnam and i'll be available from end october. perhaps even earlier, which is why i'm looking for someone new. do you think you could be the one?
