I have a room available in my appartment on street 360, just off Monivong. The appartment has security, big kitchen/living area and is light and clean! There is a washing machine and a shared terrace which is accesible by my room.

The room itself is basic, light, good size and comes with twin bed, a fan, aircon and a bamboo shelf for clothes or anything. The bathroom is in the kitchen.

The room is $ 110 excluding amenties per month. Deposit is 110 dollar. Electricity is 1200 riel per kilowatt and water is 5 dollar. I will sign the contract on this Tuesday!
