Khmer-style one-bedroom apartment for rent on the first floor of Khmer house. The landlady is very nice, lives downstairs; secure area; motorbike can be kept inside the gate.
The apartment is just off Sothearos Blvd close to Vietnamese Friendship Monument after Suki Soup and Moto Cafe.
Very basic kitchen,bathroom,small bedroom with aircon, small living room with aircon, and covered balcony that is good for extension of living room. There is a fridge and washing machine. Rent: USD220/month plus bills.
There is another one-bedroom apartment on the second floor which is USD190. It has a small balcony.
