I am moving out of my room on March 16th. It is a 3 bedroom apartment shared with 2 other people.

Rent is $125. Including utilities, WIFI internet & cleaning lady it will run around $260. (Less if you don't use AC)

The apartment:
We have a large living room with a balcony, cable TV, ceiling fan, and a kitchen with fridge, cabinets etc.
There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and upstairs are two bedrooms and one larger bathroom.

The room:
The room has two windows and is therefore bright and comfy. There is AC, a fan, bed, small desk and wardrobe.

The roommates:
1 french female, 22, city planer, artist, easygoing, makes fruit shakes.
1 English male, 26, English teacher, plays ukulele, relaxed world view, repairs stuff and kills things.
