I will be leaving Phnom Penh shortly to start my dissertation fieldwork, and so my lovely room, in a shared 3 bedroom apartment will be up for rent from 10th April.

(Note that this is a separate ad from the previous advertisement, where one of my roommates was renting out her room as well. That bedroom has already been filled).

The apartment is located on the corner of 306 and street 63, right in the heart of BKK1, and has a big balcony, nice Western-style kitchen (with oven!), living room with cable TV, and washing machine. Walking distance from a few grocery stores; close to Natural Garden for organic fruit and veg, and street 278, where you'll find lots of nice bars and restaurants.

The room is big, with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with hot shower, aircon and a ceiling fan, and wardrobes. The room has four big windows, so lots of natural light, and the apartment too has lots of windows. The apartment is very secure and we have a 24-hour security guard. It is a lovely place and I have had a great time living here.

Rent is $350 per month (including WiFi), with a $350 deposit. Utilities are extra.
