* 1 experienced English and Thai speaking housemaid, 6 days a week, incl. breakfast and coffee 
* 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom
* 1 bedroom
* 1.5 office/TV room
* aircon and ceiling fans
* 1 bathroom
* 1 kitchen
Additional costs for the appartment will be:
* housemaid: 60 Dollar per month
* electricity & water: 30 to 40 Dollar per month
