sadly our roommate is leaving at the end of the month and we now have to find somebody to take over her room. The room has an en suite and aircon.

You would be sharing the apartment with two females in their mid/late twenties.

The apartment is large and airy and has 4 1/2 bedrooms in total so there is room for guests. We have a fantastic huge balcony.

The address is on st 95, just up from Flicks across 310.

Rent is 267/month excluding utilities, which usually run about 42/person - including cleaner who comes twice a week.
