I am going to the US from June 9 to July 6 and want to sublet my master bedroom and master bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The building is brand new, pool on the roof, nice balcony, very secure, 10 story building with elevator, and moto and bicylce parking. I have one roomate that has his own bathroom, so no need to share bathroom.

I have been living in the apartment for 8 months and love it. We have a maid that comes 3 times a week to clean and do the laundry, I will take care of this cost.

I am subletting it for 425 dollars for the 4 weeks + you pay utilities. It is in a great location on street 57, in between st. 310 and 322, across from Champei spa and salon. I can send photos if you are interested, or you can come by and check it out.
