Apartment available for rent in a large, shared house in the Tuol Kork area.
Quiet location close to Airport Road
Cable TV, wireless internet, shared roof top terrace.
The house has 3 stories with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower/toilet. At the moment two of the rooms are occupied.

So is this an ad to rent out some of the remaining 3 bedrooms in a share house, or is it an ad for a self-contained apartment which is part of the same building? Please clarify.
I don't know that sharing with a bloke who continually dozes off is such a good idea. :twisted:

The house is furnished.
Rent for the whole place is $2000 excluding utilities split equally between occupants (2 at the moment).
The common areas are the kitchens (two) and the terrace.
Each floor has its own entrance.
This is essentially a house share but there is enough room to be able to maintain privacy.
One thing I should have mentioned, non smokers only, please.
