2 bedrooms, both ensuite, kitchen w/cooker & oven, washing machine, long wraparound balcony, spacious living room.
Rent is $600 p/m plus bills of approx $100 p/m (I use a lot of aircon). Electricity is in the landladys name so 'local rate' applies. A housekeeper comes by 3 times per week to clean and do laundry, and cook if required. She'll also go to any office to pay bills for you.
