We have for rent a completely new modern apartment with one bedroom, one living with open kitchen and a bathroom. While renovating this place we paid most attention to the quality of materials and a pleasant ambiance. It has double glazed windows, and there is free cable television and wifi. It has been stylishly furnished (Western style, see attachment), but -so far- with few wall decorations as we want to decorate the place in consultation with the first tenant.

It is located in Street 454, just South of the Russian market, which has the advantage of a quiet street, but still the comfort of 3-4 modern groceries and an increasing number of restaurants within walking distance.
