I plan to leave my room at the end of february to join some friends in another colocation in Phnom Penh. The apartment has 2 doublebed rooms, one living room, one balcony, one bathroom, all very clean. Includes hot Water, AC, Fans, washing machine and all necessary to live. The second room is occuped by a french girl for the moment. Location is in the very center of the city (5 minutes to River Side and Royal Palace and close to Independance Monument on Norodom Boulevard).
The price is 225$ per room. Normally there is a deposit (225$ per room) but the owners are helpful and it could be possible to find arrangment with them.
