I'm moving back to Phnom Phen, on December 27th. to continue with my volunteering, studies, freelancing and teaching.
Due to insane inflation and high foreign currency rates I'm on a tight budget. I'll be staying for 4 months- 1 year. I can only afford $50-150 p. month, hot water and air con are not essential. Anywhere from Mao Tse Tung to Japanese bridge between Monivong and Riverside is ideal.
