Street 258 isn't in BKK1... looking at a map, I'd guess that the place is up near the Cambodiana Hotel, between Sothearos and Sisowath...

Yes sorry, you are right, the street is right in front of the Cambodiana Hotel entrance on one side , and on the other side, right in front of the Vietnamese Friendship Monument, where there is the big fountain wth sound and color shows every night .
