In a wealthy area with a low crime. It is lit up at night and well taken care of by police.
Less then 1 walk to the supermarket.
It is on the peninsula just across from riverside. Near national road 6
It is not in one of the notorious "foreign" areas.
It is in the "richer" part of the city (no slums at all in the area).
There are Many Many restaurants to eat at nearby.
Near Norton University
Lakeside is 1.5km away, about 3-5 min by motorbike
Riverside is 2.5km away, about 5-8 min by motorbike
It is unfurnished however if you are interested in my furnishings they
are negotiable.
5 min drive to the nearest Gym, spa, sauna pool and Jacuzzi combo.
15 min drive to the beach and mini-resort on Silk island (great place
to get away from PP quickly)
3 min drive to the soon to be largest shopping plaza/center/mall in
Cambodia (although they are all really small so largest doesn't mean
too much)
