Bottom two floors in house have 3 bedrooms, 2 furnished with AC, 3 bathrooms and an unfurnished living room. Cable for TV. House has three floors with indoor car/bike park, garden and 2 kitchens.

One person lives on the third floor. If you want to share the downstairs kitchen and appliances with him, no problem, or you can get your own appliances and he'll use the upstairs kitchen.

Rent does not include utilities, which were $40 last month for the whole house.

Three months rent due when you move in.
