we have two rooms to let from the 15th september in a spacious and well furnished colonial style apartment. The flat is located on st 59 and sihanouk, equidistant from lucky supermarket and wat lanka.

the flat is very quiet, secure, has a nice balcony and benefits from a lot of natural light. the landlords have been very generous with the furniture and there is a PS3.

sharing with an english guy and an american girl. both very friendly and outgoing.

the first room has a private ensuite and the second room does not, so the rent is set accordingly: 250 dollars for the first room and 200 for the second.
