We wish to sublet our 2 bedrooms from June to August . One room will be free from June 10th to August 9th and the other one from June 14th to the end of July. However, we are flexible on the dates. Rooms are fully furnished, on the first floor of a wooden house. The landlords live on the ground floor. They are very nice and efficient when something needs to be fixed. Renter will be responsible for all utilities during this time and a damage/utility deposit. Full rent will also be required upfront ( 225 dollars per room per month).
Rooms have private bathroom, and bathtub.
Big kitchen and living room
Nice and cosy terrace.
Washing machine.
Internet
Restaurant next door.
Shop very close.

The Khmer family has 3 lovely dogs, and one of them just had puppies . They might still be there in June!

Located at the crossing of Monivong and Mao Tse Tung, at stop bokor, so convenient location.
