We have two rooms to rent in a large four bedroom apartment in BBK2, 10 minutes walk to Wat Langka. We are currently three girls however one of my house mates is leaving on the 30th June and I am leaving on the 20th at the. Our third lovely housemate will remain. The fourth room we keep as a spare for guests.

Rent is 266USD / month + bills which ordinarily comes to 308USD.

We can make one room available now if you need to move in sooner, and if there are 2 of you the other can stay in the guest room until the last housemate leaves on the 30th.

You'll be living with our lovely housemate, a girl in her mid-twenties from Germany. The fourth room in the house we keep spare for guests, so it's perfect if you have friends wanting to drop by and visit.

The rooms for rent both have aircon and fans, an ensuite, are spacious, and fully furnished. We have a nice airy living/dining room which opens out onto a great big terrace. Kitchen is fully functional with pots/pans, toaster, blender, fridge, oven, gas cooker and good storage space. We also have a laundry/spare bathroom with washing machine + drying room.

Lovely neighbours and kind and attentive english speaking Cambodian landlords who live downstairs which also means 24hr security. Plenty of space for a moto/bike.

We're located in BKK2 between 310 and Sihanouk, just next to Preah Monivong.
