The first room is on floor 1 and has a big bed, cupboards, pedestal fan, private bathroom with hot water and an adjoining study.

The second room is on the top floor (3rd level) and comes with another large bed, cupboards, and shared bathroom with hot water.

The house has two kitchens, each with a fridge, oven, stovetop and water filter. There are two living areas as well as a balcony on the 2nd floor and rooftop terrace with great views of Wat Botum. It is very breezy, full of natural light and has good security and friendly neighbours.

Rent is $280/mth/room inclusive of all bills and a cleaner 3 times per week.
