Hi there! my two room mates are leaving Cambodia on the 20th and 27th of December. The flat is on street 294 corner 9, few minuts from independence monument. It is outdoor life here, the living is a lovely terrace (comes with a vegetal wall). Well, it's just great:
Per month is $230 (includes internet, water, daily cleaning lady - no joke - friendly fish and full furniture). Electricity is 10$-15$ per month (we re aircon free). Also the owner is this charming willing to help lady.
