Due to our 2 lovely housemates leaving Cambodia, we are looking for 2 more, ideally lovely, housemates. The rooms will be free from the 20th June (one might be free earlier).

This 3 bedroom, first floor apartment is really nice with particularly nice bathrooms and an oven in the kitchen! One room is ensuite and the other has a separate, but not shared, bathroom. The rooms are really good sizes and we have a large living/dining room.

Our landlord lives downstairs and is really, really helpful and speaks fluent English and German. They dont have any pesky dogs.

It's on street 111, which is 5 minutes from Orussei market, one of the cheapest places for fruit and veggies and all kinds of excitements upstairs, and we're close to Pencil (on St. 214) and Lucky (on Sihanouk). We also have a very nice group of tuk-tuk and moto drivers.

The rent is particularly cheap ($175 per month) because there are 2 of us in the third room and the only other monthly costs are electricity which varies between $15-25 each (we try to keep this down by not using the air con much) and the cleaner at $12.5. Cable and garbage costs are included in the rent.
