We're not agent or houseowner. It's just that we need to move to a 3-4 bedrooms apartment. Our contract ends in Dec and hopefully someone will take over now. USD350 per month (fully furnished, lots of windows, decent balcony, with A/C in all bedrooms, washing machine, fridge, stove, TV, fans, queen size beds and rattan seatings. We love this place because of its very quiet surroundings (road is a dead end). Located at corner of Street 63/Maotsetoung Blvd. We are virtually surrounded by expats living next door and opposite. There's a guard station opposite 24/7...please call 016 62 09 08 so we can show you around.
