As per topic, I have a 2 bedroom apartment, looking for people to takeover my contract. Reason for moving out is due to that I need bigger space to accommodate my family who is coming over. Rental is $600 per month. Exact address to be: Street #9, House#7.

Only available to move in end of June or early July but available for viewing anytime. Weekdays after 5pm or Saturday afternoon, Sunday available for viewing whole day.

This is a very great place to stay as you practically occupied the whole floor at which the whole common balcony belongs to you and I can say the balcony is really huge where you can do your soft exercise. Very cooling and windy place.

Below is the details where you all can refer to as per your requirement:
1) One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Another one is common toilet.
2) 3 air-conditioners
3) 32" LCD TV, modern sofa and dining table, modern kitchen, washing machine available.
4) Inclusive in the rental is Cable TV, water usage and garbage collection.
5) one queen-sized bed in each room, wardrobe in each room as well. Very spacious bedrooms.

A very nice place to stay indeed with a small wet market (Phsar Kabko) just opposite and lots of convenience store nearby such as 7-Elephant, VIP, and also local family-owned convenience store just right at your doorstep. 10 minutes walk to the famouse Nagaworld, 20mins walk to the riverside.
