I will be very sad to leave my lovely apartment at the end of this month when I leave Cambodia. The apartment has been renovated and extended and is light, has good airflow and has open plan living areas. The kitchen and bathroom, although new are more Khmer in style. The apartment comprises of

1 large main bedroom with aircon
1 smaller spare bedroom
1 large TV/living room with aircon that opens out onto a very big rooftop balcony
1 large living room (ceiling fan)
Kitchen
1 bathroom
Also in common entrance hall area on floor below is a bathroom that is used by my apartment and the one below for staff and visitors if needed

The building is safe, as quiet as can be in Phnom Penh. Water and power bills at Khmer rates and bills delivered directly to you
Landlady is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

My lovely housekeeper whom I have known for years works for me and the apartment below so if possible it would be preferable if the new tenant takes Chanta on. She works every morning 5 days a week and i have been the envy of my friends because of her skills and manner. So much so that the landlady has requested that she would prefer Chanta stay on with the new tenants.

Rent is $750 per month and utilities at Khmer rates with bills coming directly to you

Address is E3, house 18, St 242 . This is on the same street as Magnolia restaurant and above Chocolate Blonde hair salon. You cannot see the front of the apartment from the street making it even more private
