2 available rooms in BKK1 in a nice shared flat!!

Hello!
Me and one of my flatmates are leaving the apartment so there are two available rooms! One of them is available from the first week of November and the other from November 15th.
We are living in a nice, relax and chill shared flat in BKK1, in the same street of the market, St. 380. The street is dynamic but not too noisy. Its located in a nice neighbourhood in a very safe area. 10 minutes by bike to the lucky supermarket and independent monument.
Both rooms have a double bed, bathroom with hot water and all furniture needed. It’s a big flat with terrace, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. We have TV, internet wifi and washing machine.
The two remaining flatmates, from USA and France, work as a NGO officer and a magazine editor. They are looking for somebody nice and easy going who is going to stay from 6 months to one year.
The rent of the biggest room is around 200$, including utilities and cleaning lady, and the other around 165$, everything included. The deposit of one month is required.

I arrive in Cambodia on the 2nd of November and would be interested in renting the smaller room, is it still available? I am a Scottish PhD student coming out to do research work.
