Our housemate will be away for 3 months so there is a room available right away in our apartment located at Psar Chas (old market) (street 110 and 15).

There are 2 possible options:

One fully furnished single bedroom with private balcony and nice natural light (fan)is available at $120 (included cleaning lady, but add charges which are about $10).

One fully furnished a/c large room with double bed available at $170 (included cleaning lady, but add charges which are about $30).

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, modern kitchen). One shared bathroom. See pictures.

The apartment is shared by two easy going English speaking French girls in their late 20's.

Short-term accepted.
