My wife, 10-month-old baby, and mother-in-law, and I will be in Phnom Penh from Sept. 19 to Oct. 10, and we're looking to rent/sublet a furnished place with a kitchen and at least one aircon bedroom for that time. Our maximum budget is $500, and we'd prefer to stay in the BKK/Chamkarmon area (Our old neighborhood from 2000-2003), but anywhere north of Mao Tse Tung, east of Monivong, and south of Wat Phnom is cool.
